Will I be alone in my hotel room?
Yes, we will book a separate room for you after your registration. Contact us if you would like to share a room with a colleague – you can save some money and help us with increasing the capacity of our hotels. Hotels provide enough capacity for all guests.
Does the conference fee include accommodation?
No, it does not. We will book your room after you fill in and send the registration form on this website. You will pay for the accommodation individually at the hotel reception on arrival. If you decide to cancel your accommodation, the hotel will charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy.
Where will I stay?
We have ensured for you accommodation of various categories at a reduced price. You can choose from four alternatives based on your preferences and the accomodation availability. The available possibilities are:
Hotel Partizan**** (venue of the conference) and nearby
Hotel Stupka***,
Hotel Golf*** and
Hotel Myto***.
If you want to change or cancel your reservation you must write to info@newmatec.sk and we will confirm your change as soon as possible.

What is the conference language?
The lectures will be in English or Slovak language with simultaneous translation.
Can I order vegetarian or gluten-free food?
Yes, you can. Please, tick the “special diet” checkbox and we will contact you to set up the details.
Where can I register for the conference after my arrival to the hotel?
The registration desk will be situated in the Hotel Partizan lobby. Thanks to clear notice, it should be easy to find.
Can I change the name of the participant or cancel the participation on the conference after paying the registration fee?
If you want to change the name of the conference participant, you can do it before March 10, 2016. It is possible to cancel your participation without a cancellation fee before March 3, 2016. The conference fee will not be refunded to you after this date. If you decide to cancel your accommodation, the hotel will charge you a fee according to their cancellation policy.
Where can I park after arriving at the conference?
Hotel Partizan and its parking lot and nearby parking spaces around the hotel provide ample parking space for all conference participants.
Are meals included in conference fee?
The conference fee includes lunch and an evening reception on the first day, breakfast and lunch on the second day of the conference in the Hotel Partizan. During the conference, we will provide coffee and refreshments.
How do I get from Hotel Bystra and Hotel Myto to the evening program?
We have arranged a shuttle service (bus) that will take you from Hotel Bystra and Hotel Myto to the evening program at Talska bastion and then will take you back. Shuttle service will run at 30 minute intervals.
