Cancellation policy:
Cancellation by the Organiser:
The Automotive Industry Association of the Slovak Republic (AIA SR) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AIA SR cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Cancellation by Participant:
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a 100,00 € service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction/invoice number. The above policies apply to all AIA SR Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
Video and photography policy:
Organizers plan to take photographs and/or capture video at the Nematec 2024 and reproduce it for use in, news, marketing, or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including but not limited to the official event website. By attending and/or participating in the Newmatec 2024, you grant the Organisers the right to use your image, audio and/or video for such purposes. All media taken at the event become the property of the Organisers and may be displayed, distributed, or used by the Organisers for any of the above-described purposes.
